ORDERS & PRODUCTION
When will my order be made?
Most of our apparel is made especially for you after you place your order. Because we're not pulling every design off a warehouse shelf, please allow time for your item to be printed and prepared before it ships.
You'll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.
Why is my order still being processed?
Don't panic, friend! Since many of our items are made to order, your order may remain in processing while it's being printed, checked, and prepared for shipment.
Once it ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away.
We'll do our best to help, but once an order has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Our products may require production time plus shipping time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it all the way home.
Will everything in my order arrive together?
Not always!
Some items may be made or shipped from different fulfillment locations. If that's the case, your order may arrive in more than one package and you may receive separate tracking information.
Don't worry. Your other goodies should still be on their way!
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery area, with household members or neighbors, and anywhere your carrier may have safely left the package.
If you still can't locate it, contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. If you need additional help after that, contact us and we'll help however we can.
SIZING & APPAREL
Are your shirts true to size?
Most of our apparel is unisex sizing, which generally gives a relaxed fit.
However, sizing and fit can vary by garment. Please check the size chart on the product listing before ordering, especially if you're between sizes or prefer an oversized fit.
What's the difference between Comfort Colors® and Gildan®?
Comfort Colors® tees have that soft, lived-in feel we love, with a garment-dyed finish and relaxed fit.
Gildan® tees are a classic everyday option that gives us a great way to offer certain designs at a lower price point.
The specific garment used will always be listed on the product page, so you'll know exactly what you're ordering.
How should I wash my shirt?
To help keep your shirt looking its best:
Wash inside out • Use cold water • Wash with similar colors • Avoid bleach • Tumble dry low or hang dry • Do not iron directly over the design

RETURNS & PROBLEMS
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our products are made to order especially for you, our return and exchange policy may differ from a traditional retail store.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Oh no! That's not how we want your happy-mail moment to go.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
We'll review it and work with you on the appropriate next step.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Please double-check your size and color selections before placing your order.
Because made-to-order items are created specifically from the options selected at checkout, ordering the wrong size or color may not qualify as a defect.

PRODUCTS & DESIGNS
Will colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We do our best to represent our products accurately, but colors can vary slightly depending on your screen settings, garment color, printing process, and the nature of garment-dyed apparel.
That little bit of variation is normal and part of what makes some garments unique.
Will every design stay available?
Probably not. 😉
We love bringing in new designs, seasonal favorites, and limited drops. Some designs may disappear to make room for something new.
If you love it, don't assume it'll live here forever!
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
We're working on some fun things! Certain collections may eventually include personalization or color options.
