WIDTH
Lay your favorite shirt flat. Measure straight across the chest from armpit to armpit.
LENGTH
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
PRO TIP
Compare these measurements to a shirt you already own and love instead of trying to measure yourself. It's usually much easier!
